About the Role

T-Hub is looking for a Program Manager to lead the execution of acceleration and startup programs end-to-end. We're looking for someone with a strong builder/operator mindset who can independently own a program, is comfortable navigating ambiguity, and drives outcomes with minimal hand-holding.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end program design, planning, execution, timelines and deliverables,from concept to Demo Day.
- Lead the identification, evaluation, onboarding and engagement of relevant startups for programs.
- Build and manage relationships with founders,understanding their needs, tracking progress, and connecting them to mentors, partners and ecosystem opportunities.
- Manage relationships with corporate partners, mentors, vendors and senior internal stakeholders, representing the program externally.
- Design and lead workshops, mentoring sessions, Demo Days and other program interventions, with support from junior team members.
- Own program milestones, KPIs, dashboards, documentation and reporting, including sharing outcomes with leadership.




- Anticipate and resolve execution roadblocks independently, and mentor associates/interns supporting the program.
- Contribute to program strategy and improvements based on ground-level insights from founders and partners.

Who We're Looking For

- 3–5 years of experience across program/project management, startup operations, consulting, client success, business operations, incubation or acceleration.
- Proven ability to independently own and deliver a program end-to-end, including stakeholder and partner management.
- Strong understanding of the startup and innovation ecosystem, with genuine interest in founder-facing work.
- A builder/operator mindset, hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable figuring things out with limited structure.
- Strong ownership, problem-solving, and communication skills, including the ability to manage senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and ambiguity in a fast-paced workplace; some experience mentoring or guiding junior team members is a plus.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any relevant discipline.
