Perform line balancing studies to optimize workforce utilization. Determine manpower requirements based on production volume. Assess machine and production line capacity. Support current model launches and production ramp-ups.
Monitor labor productivity and operational efficiency. Analyze material handling and inventory costs. Support cost-saving projects and productivity improvement programs. Improve material flow and workstation ergonomics.
