Role Description The Assistant Manager Human Resources will support the full spectrum of HR activities for the clinic’s growing workforce. This full-time, on-site role, based in Mumbai, involves managing recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, and assisting in workforce planning. The role includes coordinating performance management processes, supporting learning and development initiatives, and helping implement HR policies and procedures.

The Assistant

Manager HR will handle employee engagement activities, address routine employee queries,



and support resolution of workplace issues in alignment with organizational values. The role also requires collaboration with senior management on HR reporting, compliance, payroll coordination, and continuous improvement of HR practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR operations such as employee record management, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
- Candidates should possess skills in performance management, training coordination, and employee engagement.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR policy implementation, labor law compliance, and basic HR analytics or reporting.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Candidates should possess solid organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Relevant experience in human resources, preferably in healthcare or clinic settings, is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; HR certifications are an advantage.
