Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Support end-to-end recruitment activities for various functions across the organization.
- Source candidates through job portals, campus hiring, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Campus Hiring

- Coordinate with colleges, universities,



and training institutes for campus recruitment activities.
- Assist in planning and executing campus drives, and employer branding initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with placement officers and academic institutions.
- Handle candidate communication, assessments, and offer rollouts for campus hires.

Onboarding & Employee Experience

- Coordinate pre-joining and onboarding formalities for new hires.
- Conduct employee induction programs and maintain onboarding records.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for current employees during onboarding.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, campus hiring, or HR operations.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and coordination abilities.
