Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from manpower requisition and sourcing to selection, offer, and onboarding.

Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies, and professional networks.

Track recruitment metrics and maintain recruitment MIS.

Ensure a positive candidate experience and effective stakeholder management.

Support implementation of HR policies, processes, and people initiatives.

Support the performance management process, including goal setting, review cycles, and performance discussions.

Support employee engagement, retention, and other people initiatives.

Support various HR projects and employee lifecycle activities.

Candidate Requirements

48 years of HR experience with MBA HR, with significant experience in Talent Acquisition.

Strong recruitment experience specifically within Pharmaceutical, CRO,



or Biotechnology organizations.

Candidates from other industries will not be considered.

Robust understanding of hiring practices and talent pools within the life sciences industry.

Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment independently.

Experience partnering with business stakeholders and hiring managers.

Good understanding of HRBP processes and employee lifecycle activities.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and HRIS/ATS systems.
