Key Responsibilities

- Lead talent acquisition for luxury real estate projects, including Sales, CRM, Technical, Projects, Design, and Leadership roles.

- Partner with business heads to fulfill manpower requirements for premium residential and commercial developments.

- Drive employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice in the luxury real estate market.

- Manage onboarding, induction, and seamless integration of current hires.

- Drive the Performance Management System (PMS) including goal setting, KRAs, KPIs, monitoring and annual appraisal processes.

- Monitor employee and business performance metrics, providing insights to leadership on productivity, retention, and capability enhancement.

- Support succession planning and leadership development for critical business functions.

- Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture aligned with luxury brand standards.

- Manage employee relations, grievance resolution,



recognition programs, and retention initiatives.

- Oversee key HR operations including employee lifecycle management, HRMS, attendance, confirmation, transfers, and exit processes.

- Conduct exit interviews, analyze attrition trends, and recommend corrective actions to improve retention.

- Ensure HR policy compliance, statutory adherence, and accurate HR reporting across projects and corporate functions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- PG in HR

- 6 to 8 years of HR experience, preferably in luxury real estate, premium Projects

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional presence

- Expertise Talent Hiring, HR ops, Performance Management, Policy Administration/Implementation, HR Analytics

- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills

- Female candidates preferred
