Role Description The Assistant Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for supporting daily store operations, including supervising team members, overseeing merchandising and inventory, and ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.

The Assistant

Manager helps drive sales performance, monitors key metrics, and supports customer service excellence by resolving escalations and maintaining high service quality. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating staff schedules, guiding and coaching team members, assisting in visual merchandising, and ensuring the store workplace is safe, organized, and welcoming.



The role also involves collaborating with senior management on store performance, implementing promotional activities, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to supervise teams, delegate tasks, and provide performance feedback in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Strong customer service orientation, with skills in communication, problem-solving, and handling escalations professionally.
- Experience in sales or retail operations, including basic understanding of merchandising, inventory control, and cash handling.
- Ability to analyze store performance metrics, follow standard operating procedures, and support process improvements.
- Comfort using point-of-sale systems and basic digital tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets) for reporting and coordination.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and commitment to maintaining company standards and policies.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required in retail operations.
- Preferred: Prior experience in consumer electronics or durable goods retail and a diploma or bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, or a related field.
