Job OverviewKhaitan India Ltd. is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented professional to spearhead our public procurement operations across central, state, and PSU portals. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end tender bidding, vendor/OEM registration, compliance documentation, and product catalog management across the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and various e-procurement platforms.
Key Responsibilities1. Portal Registration & OEM Compliance
- Complete and maintain corporate vendor registrations, primary/secondary user roles, and OEM dashboard profiles on GeM and state/central e-procurement portals (e.g., CPPP, IREPS, state-specific e-tendering platforms).
- Manage OEM authorization codes, reseller authorizations, and Brand/OEM listing approvals.
- Ensure all statutory, tax, and corporate documentation (GST, PAN, MSME, BIS/ISO certifications, financial net-worth certificates) are properly uploaded, verified, and renewed on time.
2. Catalog & Product Listing Management
- Create, optimize, and maintain Khaitan’s product catalogs across relevant categories (fans, small appliances, industrial fans, etc.) on GeM and allied portals.
- Map technical specifications, product datasheets, test reports, and regulatory compliance standards accurately against portal category matrices.
- Monitor product price parities, catalog approval statuses, and direct purchase / L1 comparison thresholds.
3. End-to-End Tendering & Bidding
- Screen, track, and evaluate tenders, RFPs, custom bids,
and BOQ biddings relevant to Khaitan across all government portals.
- Review tender terms and conditions (commercial, technical, and special clauses) to determine eligibility, risk, and submission prerequisites.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with technical, legal, and accounts teams to compile technical bids, financial bids, tender fees, and EMDs (Earnest Money Deposits) / Bank Guarantees.
- Execute timely digital signature submissions (DSC), track bid opening dates, participate in reverse auctions (RA), and manage post-award contract acceptance.
4. Post-Bid & Order Coordination
- Track contract generation, purchase order (PO) acknowledgments, and delivery timelines.
- Support logistics and finance teams with CRAC (Consignee Receipt and Acceptance Certificate) tracking, invoice submissions, and portal payment reconciliations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience handling GeM operations and other government e-procurement portals, preferably in electrical appliances, consumer durables, or industrial manufacturing.
- Portal Expertise: Thorough proficiency in GeM (OEM and seller modules), Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP), IREPS, and major state e-tendering platforms.
- Documentation & Compliance: In-depth knowledge of tender documentation, BIS/CE certifications, commercial clauses (LD, PBG, EMD exemptions), and public procurement policies (Make in India / MII preference, MSE guidelines).
- Communication & Coordination: Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi; strong attention to detail and ability to work under strict bid deadlines.
