About the Role:
The Assistant Manager – Corporate Volunteering will lead corporate partnership development by managing key accounts, understanding CSR priorities, and designing customized volunteering engagements. The role ensures a seamless partner experience from proposal to execution while driving strong retention and high volunteer engagement. In addition, the role involves managing and mentoring team members to ensure quality execution, accountability, and alignment with partnership and impact goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Corporate Partnership &
- Account Management
- Build and manage strong relationships with corporate partners and CSR stakeholders, driving partner retention and long term engagement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, understanding partner objectives and recommending relevant volunteering solutions.
- Develop account engagement plans, conduct regular reviews and identify opportunities for deeper or expanded partnerships.
Track partner satisfaction and engagement, working towards a 90%+ NPS and positive partner experience.
1. Proposal Development &
- Growth
- Develop customized proposals, budgets and impact frameworks aligned with partner CSR goals and volunteering priorities.
- Lead client presentations, follow-ups and pipeline tracking to support partnership closures.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion, new volunteering formats and cross-program engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams to create relevant and scalable solutions for prospective and existing partners.
1. Execution Oversight &
- Quality Assurance
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of volunteering programs in collaboration with the Implementation/Partner Experience team.
- Ensure programs meet agreed timelines, budgets, quality standards and partner expectations.
- Monitor volunteer participation, engagement and experience metrics and proactively address gaps.
Identify execution challenges and drive timely resolution with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
1. Impact Reporting &
- Partner Reviews
- Oversee timely delivery of high-quality impact reports, including relevant impact stories and program outcomes.
- Prepare and present quarterly/annual partner performance summaries, insights and renewal plans.
- Use partner feedback and program data to strengthen engagement, demonstrate impact and identify improvement opportunities.
Ensure partner action points and reporting requirements are tracked through to closure.
1. Team Management &
- Performance
- Manage and mentor team members/ Interns, ensuring clear ownership, accountability and alignment with vertical goals.
- Set priorities, track performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.
- Support team members in managing partner relationships, proposals and program delivery.
Drive collaboration and consistency across the team to improve partner experience and program quality.
Educational Qualification/Experience:
- Educational Degree : Any
- Relevant Experience(in years) : 5+
