Executive / Assistant Manager

Experience:

- 4-6 Years Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute CSR initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
- Manage partnerships with NGOs, government bodies, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with CSR regulations and maintain required documentation.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and impact assessments.
- Prepare CSR reports, presentations, and communication materials.
- Track project outcomes and support sustainability and community development programs.

Qualifications:

- Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW), MBA, or a related field.

Experience &

Skills • 4-6 years of experience in CSR, Sustainability, ESG, Community Development, or NGO Management.

- Knowledge of CSR regulations and reporting requirements.
- Robust project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver measurable social impact.
