: Assistant Manager – Corporate Leasing

Reporting To: Senior Manager / Vice President – Corporate Leasing

Role Overview The Assistant Manager – Corporate Leasing will be responsible for generating business opportunities, managing corporate leasing mandates, developing client relationships, conducting property consultations, and supporting end-to-end leasing transactions in the Gurugram commercial real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new corporate leasing leads through field visits, networking, references, and market research.
- Meet Admin, HR, Procurement, and Facility teams of corporate offices to identify expansion, relocation, renewal, and consolidation requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with occupiers, landlords, developers, IPCs, and channel partners.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable commercial office spaces.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Coordinate with landlords and developers for availability, commercials, and negotiations.
- Prepare proposals, comparative analyses, and lease recommendations for clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms and support lease closure.




- Maintain accurate client and property records in CRM.
- Achieve monthly business targets and provide regular pipeline updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–8 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate / Corporate Leasing / B2B Sales.
- Solid knowledge of Gurugram commercial office market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Ability to conduct independent client meetings and site visits.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and Google Workspace.

Preferred Experience
- Experience working with corporate leasing consultants, IPCs, developers, or commercial real estate firms.
- Existing network with corporate occupiers, facility teams, landlords, and brokers in Gurugram is an advantage.
