- Skillset: Assembly Process, Troubleshooting, Process Improvement, Kaizen Implementation ,OEE Improvements, Tool cost & Consumable cost Optimization, Safety, Manpower Handling Team building & Line balancing, Able to read & Analise the assembly drawing.
- To plan, execute, and monitor daily shopfloor production to achieve target output with required quality & supervise manpower, machines, and processes for smooth shift operations and minimum downtime, further maintain process discipline, dimensional accuracy, and traceability of all produced items.
- To lead and control end-to-end assembly operations for medium caliber ammunition (20 mm, 30 mm, 40 mm), ensuring protected, compliant, and efficient production aligned with DGQA, PESO, JSG 0102, STANAG, and internal quality standards.
