Job Title: Assistant General Manager — Training & Development (F&B; / QSR)

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Training & Development leader to build, scale, and institutionalise training systems across all our outlets. This is a senior leadership role suited for a professional with deep QSR expertise who can drive consistency in execution, elevate service standards, and build a high-performing workforce across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive training frameworks and programs for outlet staff across all locations
- Build and scale training systems to ensure consistent SOPs and execution standards across all outlets
- Drive onboarding, refresher, and leadership development programs at scale
- Institutionalise a training culture across the organisation — from frontline staff to managers
- Develop and maintain training manuals, toolkits, e-learning modules, and assessment frameworks
- Identify skill gaps through regular audits and implement targeted interventions
- Partner with Operations, HR, and Business Leaders to align training outcomes with business goals
- Track, measure, and report training effectiveness through KPIs and performance metrics




- Mentor and build an internal training team capable of handling multi-location delivery
- Lead change management initiatives and new product/process rollouts from a training perspective

Requirements

- 10 — 15 years of overall experience in Training & Development within the F&B; / Hospitality industry
- Minimum 10 years of experience specifically in QSR operations and training
- Prior experience in a senior managerial or AGM level role
- Proven track record of scaling training systems across multiple outlets or locations
- Strong understanding of QSR operations, SOPs, and service standards
- Experience building training teams and managing training budgets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, high-growth environment
