Position: Assistant Manager Finance

Location: Taloja, Mumbai, Maharashtra

CTC : 11 L per annum, + Perks

About the Role The incumbent will be responsible for financial accounting, management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, project controlling, cash flow and treasury, working capital management, audits, taxation, internal controls, and statutory compliance.

The ideal candidate should have 8–12+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a multinational company, engineering, manufacturing, automotive, power, or project-based organization.

The candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of financial reporting, IGAAP, Ind AS, IFRS, budgeting, forecasting, controlling, MIS, SAP FICO, audit, taxation, and financial analysis, along with good managerial and stakeholder management skills.

Required Qualifications

Education

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA – Finance
- CA Inter / CMA (ICWA) Inter or equivalent professional qualification

Preferred Professional Qualifications
- CMA / Cost & Management Accountant
- CA / CA Inter
- Diploma / Certification in IFRS

Experience

- 8–12+ years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts / Controlling.

- Strong experience in
- Manufacturing, Engineering, Project-based organizations, Automotive, Power / Industrial sectors, MNC / Shared Services environment
- Experience working in an international Group reporting setting will be preferred.




- Candidates with experience in project controlling and product/business finance will be strongly preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be a qualified / semi-qualified Finance professional with 8–12+ years of experience, preferably from an MNC operating in manufacturing, engineering, automotive, power, or project-based industries. The candidate should have a combination of Finance & Accounting, FP&A;, Business Controlling, Project Controlling, Audit, Taxation, SAP FICO, MIS Reporting, Budgeting & Forecasting, and Internal Controls experience.

Candidates with experience in a multinational organization and exposure to Group reporting, Ind AS/IFRS, SAP implementation, project profitability, management reporting, and business partnering will be preferred.

Key Deliverables

- Timely and accurate monthly management accounts and Group reporting.
- Effective budget and forecast preparation and monitoring.
- Accurate project-level P&L; and Balance Sheet reporting.
- Effective management of cash flow, treasury, AR, AP, and working capital.
- Timely completion and closure of statutory, internal, tax, cost, and Group audits.
- Accurate maintenance of GL, Balance Sheet, fixed asset, and inventory records.
- Strong internal financial controls and SOP compliance.
- Timely and accurate MIS and management reporting.
- Effective project and business controlling.
- Continuous improvement and standardization of Finance processes.
- Effective financial support and business partnering to the Mumbai SPEW Division.
