Eligibility

- BDS with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on clinical working experience after internship.
- MDS candidates meeting the experience requirement and interested in a full time associate role are welcome.

- Sound clinical judgment and a patient-focused approach.
- Clear, confident and empathetic patient communication.
- Responsibility for clinical documentation and patient follow-ups.
- Consistent attention to infection control and teamwork.
- Willingness to accept feedback and seek support when required.
