Role Summary: Assistant Design Engineer (Hydraulics Team)

- Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra, India
- Employment Type: Full-time, office-based (This is a desk job - no field/site deployment)
- Working Schedule: 6 days a week, every 4th Saturday is off.
- Experience: 0–2 years
- Salary: ₹35,000–₹42,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and revise detailed engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
- Interpret hydraulic design calculations for water resource and civil infrastructure projects.
- Interpret survey data, technical specifications and project inputs.
- Prepare design reports, quantity calculations, cost estimates and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with senior engineers to resolve design issues and deliver assigned tasks on time, with accuracy, and complying with applicable standards.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

- B.E./B.Tech.



in Civil Engineering; graduates from government or govt-affiliated colleges preferred.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (essential).
- 0–2 years of relevant civil engineering design experience.
- Understanding of engineering drawings, technical specifications and standards.
- Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Additional Qualifications (Preferred)

- M.E./M.Tech. in Structural Engineering or Water Resources Engineering.
- Familiarity with HEC-RAS would be an advantage.
- Proficiency in E-Survey or other pipe network design software.
- Relevant experience, internships or academic projects in water resource infrastructure, hydraulic structures or industrial projects.

Compensation and Benefits

- Monthly take-home salary: ₹35,000–₹42,000.
- Annual Diwali bonus.
- Annual salary increments: Typically 5%–15%, depending on individual performance and company performance.
- Leave entitlement: 12 personal leaves and 1 adaptable festival leave annually.
- Annual group tour.
- Annual field visit offering exposure to engineering projects and on-ground engineering practices.
- Probation period: 3 months.**
