What you will be responsible for

a. Govern Infrastructure Reliability & Preventive Maintenance
You’ll
- Maintain structured preventive maintenance calendar
- Conduct routine equipment inspections
- Track breakdown patterns and eliminate root causes
- Ensure AMC contracts are active and monitored
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs
When you do this well — breakdowns reduce and uptime improves. b. Drive Utility Management & Cost Discipline
You’ll
- Monitor electricity and water consumption
- Track DG fuel usage
- Identify abnormal consumption trends early
- Implement energy-saving initiatives
- Review vendor billing accuracy
When you do this well — margins remain protected without affecting guest comfort. c. Enforce Safety, Compliance & Risk Governance
You’ll
- Maintain fire safety system readiness
- Ensure statutory certifications remain valid
- Conduct compliance checks regularly
- Maintain audit documentation
- Flag high-risk technical issues early
When you do this well — the property remains inspection-ready at all times. d. Stabilize Breakdowns & Crisis Situations
You’ll
- Respond immediately to urgent infrastructure issues
- Coordinate across departments during outages
- Implement temporary fixes where required
- Communicate clearly with GM and FO
- Conduct structured root-cause review post incident
