Branch Head / Assistant Branch Head – Goa

Location: Multiple Locations across Goa

Salary: Up to ₹55,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented Branch Head / Assistant Branch Head to manage branch operations, drive business growth, and ensure operational excellence across our NBFC branches in Goa.

Gold Loan experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve branch business, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Manage day-to-day branch operations effectively and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the branch team to achieve business objectives.
- Drive customer acquisition, portfolio growth, and cross-selling of financial products.
- Monitor portfolio quality, collections, recoveries, and customer service standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, audit requirements, and applicable RBI guidelines.
- Monitor branch performance through regular MIS and business reviews.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and support branch expansion and growth.
- Ensure effective implementation of risk management and operational procedures.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM will be an added advantage.




- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Banking, NBFC, Gold Loan, or Financial Services.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Branch Head / Assistant Branch Head or in a similar leadership role.
- Mandatory experience in Gold Loan operations/appraisal/business.
- Strong leadership, sales, business development, and team management skills.
- Good understanding of branch operations, customer relationship management, and compliance.
- Solid communication, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Candidates with experience in managing Gold Loan branches will be preferred.
