- Assist the Bartender in preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

- Prepare basic cocktails, mocktails, juices, and other beverages as per standard recipes.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar counter, equipment, glassware, and work area.

- Ensure proper mise-en-place before and during service.

- Check and maintain adequate stock of beverages, mixers, garnishes, and bar supplies.

- Assist in receiving, storing, and arranging bar inventory.

- Handle glassware and bar equipment carefully.

- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and company standards.

- Support the Bartender during busy service periods.

- Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth and timely beverage service.

- Report damaged equipment, stock shortages, or other issues to the supervisor.

- Follow company policies and maintain qualified grooming and behaviour.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
