The details are given below:

Designation Assistant Manager, Banking Finance

Location – Head Office at Nariman Point Mumbai

- Managing the inward remittances received in various banks daily.
- Managing Export bills submission, Foreign Inward Remittance Certificate, Bill of Entry submission and issuance of bank realisation certificates after the closure of the export bills
- Managing forward contracts, related documentation, co-ordination and compliances
- Updating daily forex fluctuations to management along with analysis
- Monitoring and arranging Export packing credit in foreign currency (PCFC) and Indian Rupees (PCRE) from various banks
- Managing working capital limits – availment, utilization, repayment and requisite compliances/documentation, including annual reassessment
- Import payment and payment other than import to foreign parties
- Arranging foreign currency & forex cards for travel
- Effecting the Foreign currency remittances as per prescribed FEMA/RBI guidelines
- Co-coordinating with banks to ensure timely document submission and compliance with FEMA laws, RBI Regulations, etc.




- Overall supervision of all treasury operations – managing documentation, co-ordination with banks and internal reporting
- Regular MIS reporting of all forex-related trades, balances and exposures – timely reporting for accurate management decision-making
- Maintaining KYC compliances with banks and financial institutions

Trade Finance

- Working knowledge of LC and BG and application as per business requirement
- Working knowledge of RBI guidelines and FEMA
- Sound knowledge of UCP 600 and ICC publications
- Export Documentation and other Details- Export Documentation, L/C scrutiny, write-off cases documentation, L/C advising and amendment, Merchant Trade etc., EDPMS.
- Import payments procedures - DA/DP/LC/ Advance, LC opening process (Import & Inland), IDPMS
- Foreign currency remittances – Outward remittance, i.e. Form A1, A2, 15CA, 15CB, etc, and Inward Remittance, i.e. Export Proceeds, Advance Export Receipt, other receipt, etc.
- Bank Guarantee: Processing of Bank Guarantees Performance and financial records of Outstanding Bank Guarantee

The eligibility criteria are as follows:-

- Positive communication skills (Both written and oral), ability to work in a team.
- Proficiency in use of computers, internet, e-banking
- Proficiency in the use of MS Excel, preparing MIS
- Relevant experience in handling basic banking operations and trade finance-related procedures, operations and documentation.

Annual CTC Offered Between 5.5L to 7.5L
