Required Skills

- Understanding of digital marketing and campaign execution.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-client agency environment.

- Ability to act as a point of contact for day-to-day client communication, briefs, feedback, and expectations.

- Track project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and maintain proper project documentation.

- Ability to coordinate with Account Management, Social Media, Design, Video, SEO, Performance Marketing, and other internal teams to resolve execution gaps and manage revisions.





- Presentation and reporting skills: assist in preparing and presenting campaign updates and reports to clients.

- Execution-related issue identification and proactive task/approval follow-up.

Skills & Experience

- 4 to 5 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, or a Digital/Advertising Agency.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.

- On-site availability at Vadodara (Trizone Communications Pvt. Ltd.).

- Evaluated on KPIs: Client satisfaction, timely execution, account coordination efficiency, deliverable accuracy, client retention, and internal team coordination.
