POSITION SUMMARY: ASSEMBLY Supervisor

· Production planning, scheduling and monitoring, Man/Machine/Material management, Product Quality control, Shop floor safety and 5S.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Shift work allocation and monitoring to meet the production targets.
- OEE monitoring of machines for effective utilization.
- Shift scrap accounting and initiate communication to responsible Dpt’s.
- Monitoring the productivity of employee and machine to ensure maximum DL efficiency.
- Timely completion of S/O to meet 100% OTDP

· Conduct Training and intermittent meetings for all operators and new joiners on product quality aspects, customer/internal complaints, quality alerts and process improvements. · Maintain shop floor 5S there by creating better work environment.

· Ensure product quality by adhering to quality systems in place.

· Monitor Scrap generation on daily basis and take necessary steps to eliminate the same from re-occurrence.

· Conducting Lean workshops (Hoshin, TPM, QRQC, SMED).





· Ensure preventive maintenance for all machines and tools at designated time intervals.

· Organize workflow to ensure that employees perform their duties on delegated tasks.

· Timely intervention on emergencies for effective evacuation of work force from shop floor.

· Any other responsibilities that the Management may entrust from time to time.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

Education

· Diploma/B.Tech Mechanical Engineering with min 3~5 yrs of experience

· Process Piping Design and Engineering as PERASMEB-31.3

· NDT (Non-destructive test) LEVEL – 2 as per the requirements of ASNT.

Skills

· QAD

· MS Office

· Excellent organizational time management and communication skills

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
