What You'll Do
- Manage Prime LAP business via DSA channel only
- Handle average ticket size of 2-3 Cr (deals can go up to 20-25 Cr)
- Drive sourcing, login closures independently
- Work as an Individual Contributor (no team handling)
Who We're Looking For
- Currently SM / RM level professionals in Prime LAP only
- 4-5+ years of solid LAP experience
- Minimum 2 years stability in current/previous organizations
- Solid exposure to high-ticket LAP (75 Lacs - 20 Cr)
- Age limit: Up to 34 years
- ROI knowledge around 10-10.5%.
