- Design, develop, and maintain IBM i (AS400) applications aligned with business requirements.
- Develop and enhance RPGLE programs, ensuring code quality, reusability, and maintainability.
- Perform impact analysis, effort estimation, and technical design for recent features and enhancements.
- Debug production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes with proper documentation.
- Optimize program performance and improve batch/online processing reliability on AS400.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, validate solutions, and support releases.
- Create and execute unit test cases, support system/integration testing, and ensure defect-free delivery.
- Maintain technical documentation, including program specs, change logs, and support notes.
