- Design develop and maintain IBM i AS400 applications aligned with business requirements
- Develop and enhance RPGLE programs ensuring code quality reusability and maintainability
- Perform impact analysis effort estimation and technical design for current features and enhancements
- Debug production issues perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes with proper documentation
- Optimize program performance and improve batch online processing reliability on AS400
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to clarify requirements validate solutions and support releases
- Create and execute unit test cases support system integration testing and ensure defect free delivery
- Maintain technical documentation including program specs change logs and support notes
