About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented Artist Manager to work closely with an artist and support both their professional commitments and day-to-day requirements.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing schedules, reaching out & coordinating with brands and organisers, handling communications, assisting with shoots and events, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

This role requires someone who is responsible, discreet, quick-thinking, detail-oriented, and available to handle dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage the artist’s day-to-day professional schedule, meetings, shoots, events, travel, and appearances.

· Coordinate with brands, agencies, production houses, event organizers, PR teams, photographers, stylists, and other stakeholders.

· Handle incoming professional inquiries and coordinate follow-ups.

· Maintain a calendar of shoots, meetings, events, deadlines, and commitments.

· Coordinate shoot logistics, including call times, locations, transportation, styling, and production requirements.

· Ensure all professional commitments and deliverables are completed on time.

· Accompany the artist to shoots, events, meetings, and other significant engagements when required.

· Manage the artist’s personal and qualified calendar.

· Coordinate travel, hotel bookings, transportation,



appointments, and itineraries.

· Assist with personal errands and day-to-day requirements when needed.

· Keep track of important documents, payments, reminders, and deadlines.

· Manage calls, messages, emails, and communication as required.

· Anticipate the artist’s requirements and proactively solve day-to-day issues.

· Maintain complete confidentiality regarding personal and professional information.

Requirements

· Minimum 3 years of experience in artist management, talent management, entertainment, media, events, personal assistance, or a related field.

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Comfortable communicating with senior professionals, brands, agencies, and industry contacts.

· Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

· Proficiency in WhatsApp, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, MS Office/Google Workspace, and basic spreadsheets.

· Willingness to travel and work flexible hours depending on the artist’s schedule.

Working Days & Hours: Monday To Saturday: 10AM to 7PM.

This is a hands-on role that requires close coordination with the artist. The schedule can change frequently, and the candidate should be comfortable with occasional early mornings, late evenings, weekends, travel, and last-minute requirements.

Compensation: Depending on experience and profile.
