About the RoleOrion Soft Technology is looking for a skilled and cutting-edge AI Developer with hands-on experience in developing AI Agents, Agentic AI systems, and LLM-powered applications. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in building intelligent AI solutions, integrating APIs, and developing scalable AI-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement AI Agents, Agentic AI, and multi-agent systems.
- Build LLM-powered applications with reasoning, memory, tool calling, and workflow automation.
- Develop and integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Work with LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and Llama.
- Integrate AI solutions with APIs, databases, and external business systems.
- Implement prompt engineering, context management, and AI workflow optimization.
- Work with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGen.
- Develop AI applications using Python, FastAPI, and other relevant technologies.
- Work with vector databases and embedding models.
- Test, debug, optimize, and deploy AI applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to deliver real-world AI solutions.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Hands-on experience in AI Agents and Agentic AI development.
- Practical knowledge of LLMs and Generative AI applications.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Knowledge of RAG architecture and vector databases.
- Experience with API integration and backend development.
- Understanding of prompt engineering and AI automation.
- Familiarity with Docker and cloud deployment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol).
- Knowledge of multi-agent orchestration.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Pinecone, ChromaDB, or FAISS.
- Understanding of AI model evaluation and optimization.

Experience

- 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Candidates with practical AI Agent development projects will be preferred.
