Nature of Work and Clientele:

The firm is hiring audit professionals and article trainees in Mumbai to serve our esteemed clients. The nature of job and client clientele is as follows:

- Audit of Foreign Banks, Indian Banks, Small Finance Banks, Large NBFCs, ARCs, Brokers etc.
- Audit of treasury, corporate banking, retail banking, trade finance, centralised operations;
- Audit of Risk Management, Finance, Compliance, Human Resources, Regulatory Reporting;
- Audit of Information Technology General Controls, Cyber Security, Information Security;
- Management Consulting (risk consulting, business process re-engineering etc.)

Role Description

Audit Manager: Ability to plan, execute and report an audit engagement, including audit documentation and quality review under the directions and supervision of the partner in charge. The Audit Manager is expected to have subject matter knowledge of the product / services under the scope of engagement.



The candidate must be a qualified / semi-qualified with experience of 3+ years in the banking and financial services.

Audit Assistant / Article Trainee: Ability to assist effectively in planning and reporting of an engagement and ability to execute the assigned controls / tasks as per the audit plan / audit program. The candidate is expected to have a general knowledge about the subject matter and is expected to learn / grasp the subject during the engagement.

Skills

- Academic qualifications (minimum graduate); audit related certifications are value add.
- Ability to work in a computerized environment and conversant with English language.
- Information technology orientation and drafting skills will be added advantage.

Compensation

- Audit Manager / Audit Assistants: As per market based on the profile of the candidate.
- Article Trainees (stipend): 1st year Rs. 10,000/- per month; 2nd year Rs. 12,000/- per month.
