Role Description The Article Trainee will support day-to-day accounting and audit activities, including maintaining books of accounts, assisting in statutory and tax audits, and preparing working papers and schedules.

Responsibilities include helping with tax return preparation, GST and TDS compliance, and documentation required for regulatory filings. The trainee will perform data entry, reconciliation of accounts, and basic financial analysis under the guidance of senior team members. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Uttar Pradesh, India, requiring consistent attendance,



adherence to professional standards, and active participation in learning and development.

Qualifications

- Candidates should be registered for CA Articleship or eligible as per ICAI guidelines, with a solid interest in accounting, taxation, and audit.
- Should possess foundational knowledge of accounting principles, auditing concepts, and Indian taxation (including GST, Income Tax, and TDS).
- Should have basic proficiency with MS Excel and other office productivity tools, and be comfortable working with accounting or ERP software.
- Should demonstrate strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and sound documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Should have good written and verbal communication skills, professional conduct, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage time effectively, follow instructions, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality of client and organizational information.
- Completion of relevant CA exam levels as prescribed by ICAI for articleship commencement; prior internship experience in finance or accounting is an added advantage.
