Role Overview

Oversee a cluster of Limestays properties and act as the link between the Operations Manager, housekeeping staff and guest-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations across all assigned properties
- Inspect properties regularly, including pre-arrival and post-checkout checks
- Ensure properties are clean, well-maintained and guest-ready
- Supervise housekeeping, caretakers and support staff
- Plan daily duties and rosters based on check-ins and check-outs
- Train staff on SOPs and quality standards
- Resolve operational and guest issues promptly
- Coordinate with Guest Relations, Reservations and other departments
- Track inventory and supplies (linen, toiletries, etc.)
- Coordinate repairs with technicians and vendors until closure
- Identify operational gaps and implement improvements
- Prepare daily,



weekly and monthly operational reports

Requirements

- 2-5 years in hospitality, vacation rentals or property management
- At least 1-2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping standards
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Quick problem-solving and decision-making
- Ability to manage multiple properties at once
- Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting
- Fluent in English and Hindi (Konkani/Marathi is a plus)
- Own two-wheeler and valid licence preferred
- Flexible to work weekends, holidays and peak season
