Role & responsibilities

- Identify and develop new school/institutional customers across Maharashtra.

- Meet school management, trustees, principals, purchase teams and decision-makers.

- Generate business for school uniforms, school shoes and related products.

- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of schools and institutional customers.

- Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.

- Understand customer requirements and coordinate for samples, quotations and product development.

- Generate quotations, negotiate commercial terms and close orders.

- Build long-term relationships with schools and institutional buyers.

- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, samples and orders until closure.

- Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, Operations and HO teams for order execution.

- Track competitor activities, pricing and market trends.

- Achieve monthly and annual sales and new customer acquisition targets.

- Maintain regular sales reports, customer database and sales pipeline.

- Ensure timely collection and payment follow-up from customers.





- Travel extensively within Maharashtra as required.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B / Institutional / Corporate Sales.

- Candidates with experience in School Uniform, School Shoes, Footwear, Institutional Sales will be preferred.

- Existing contacts with schools, school groups, educational institutions, distributors or dealers will be an advantage.

- Strong ability to generate new business and close institutional orders.

- Good negotiation, communication and presentation skills.

- Target-oriented and comfortable with extensive field travel.

- Ability to independently manage a territory and develop new accounts.

- Good knowledge of the Maharashtra market.

- Knowledge of school uniform and footwear products will be an added advantage.

- Must be willing to travel extensively across Maharashtra.

- Language: Marathi and Hindi preferred; English communication skills required.
