? Location: Surat / Navsari / South Gujarat

? Experience: 6+ Years

? Travel: Extensive Field Travel

? Key Requirements

• 6+ years of B2B Sales / Business Development experience

• Strong experience in recent customer acquisition & territory development

• Experience in FMCG / Food / Frozen Food industry

• Priority: Experience in selling Frozen French Fries, Frozen Samosas or other Frozen SKUs

• Experience handling Distributors / Channel Partners / HoReCa / QSR / Institutional Customers

- Sales team handling experience is mandatory
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer acquisition and business development

• Private Label / Contract Manufacturing experience will be an added advantage

- Export sales experience is a plus

? Key Responsibilities
- Develop new B2B customers and territories




- Build and manage distributor/channel networks
- Acquire and manage HoReCa, QSR & institutional accounts
- Drive sales targets, revenue and market expansion
- Develop private-label & contract manufacturing opportunities
- Coordinate customer sampling, trials and product requirements
- Manage collections, sales pipeline and market reports
- Develop domestic and export business
