Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to manage the assigned territory, lead a team of Medical Representatives (MRs), drive sales growth, and achieve company targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage, guide, motivate, and monitor a team of Medical Representatives.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Prepare and monitor monthly tour plans and daily field activities.
- Conduct regular joint field work with MRs and provide coaching and feedback.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, chemists, stockists, and distributors.
- Monitor product movement, sales performance, market potential, and competitor activities.
- Review daily calls, orders, sales, collections, and field reports.




- Ensure proper product availability and distribution in the assigned territory.
- Identify current business opportunities and develop new markets.
- Prepare regular sales reports, market feedback, and performance updates for management.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline; B.Pharm/B.Sc./MBA (Sales & Marketing) will be an advantage.
- Experience: 3–5 years in pharmaceutical sales, preferably with team-handling experience.
- Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of the assigned market and pharmaceutical sales process.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Result-oriented with good team-management and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
