Role: Area Sales Manager – MaharashtraFeedCraft is looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager with mandatory cattle feed sales experience to drive business growth across Maharashtra.

The ASM will be responsible for developing and managing the assigned territory, expanding the dealer/distributor network, and driving sales of FeedCraft cattle feed products among dairy farmers.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and expand cattle feed dealer/distributor networks
- Drive primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory
- Build strong relationships with dairy farmers and dealers
- Identify new markets, dealers, and business opportunities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets




- Conduct regular market and farmer visits
- Conduct product demonstrations and farmer meetings
- Track competitor activity, pricing, and market trends
- Coordinate with the internal team for stock, supply, and logistics
- Provide regular sales and market reports
- Organize farmer meetings, dealer meets, and field activities
- Build long-term relationships with dealers and farmers

Mandatory Qualification & Experience⚠️ CATTLE FEED SALES EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY.

- Prior experience in cattle feed sales is compulsory
- Experience in dairy feed, animal nutrition, or livestock-related sales will be preferred
- Proven experience in territory/dealer management and field sales
- Solid dealer and farmer network will be an advantage
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Target-oriented and comfortable with extensive field travel
- Willingness to work across rural and semi-urban markets in Maharashtra
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Business, or a related field is preferred
