Role Description

This is a full time, hybrid Area Sales Manager role based in Sikandarabad, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.

The Area Sales

Manager will oversee sales activities within an assigned territory, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include visiting healthcare facilities, understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable product solutions, preparing quotations, and negotiating sales agreements. The role also involves monitoring market trends,



coordinating with internal teams for timely delivery and after-sales support, and achieving sales targets while maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within medical equipment or healthcare products.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop territory-specific sales strategies.
- Solid communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical product features in clear, accessible language.
- Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, including regular on-site client visits in Sikandarabad and remote reporting or planning.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM tools) for managing leads, pipelines, and sales reports.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Relevant academic background in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with hospitals, clinics, or institutional customers is an advantage.
