Position: Area Sales Manager

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Experience: 5–7 Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical) or MBA (Marketing)

Salary: Up to ₹12 LPA + Performance Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead regional sales operations and achieve sales targets.
- Develop dealer networks and industrial customer accounts.
- Drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Handle techno-commercial negotiations with clients.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
- Maintain CRM and prepare sales reports using MS Excel.

Preferred Industry: Air Compressors / Pneumatics / Industrial Equipment / Capital Equipment
