Position: Area Sales Manager (Branch Head)

Experience: 8 to 10 Years

Work location: Ghaziabad

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Sales Target achievement - Achieving sales targets of given territory.
- Collection - Collection of outstanding due from Distributors/Dealers. To follow up with Distributors/Dealers for spares outstanding payment.
- Dealer service – To attending to problems regarding Service, Invoice, etc.
- Market feed back - Collecting market feed back & submit report.
- Competitors activity - Monitoring competitor’s activity, schemes and pricing.
- Technical knowledge – To understand the basic operating principle of the product and ability to do simple assembly & dismantling of products.
- Product visibility - Responsible for arranging product display at his dealers outlets, also to display POP materials.
- Publicity - Arranging local ad publicity needed by the Dealers.
- Network expansion - To appoint New Dealers & Distributors. To conduct market survey to expand network and send reports. To Contact different Institutions (Builders, Hotels, Hospitals etc) in given territory for Project Orders.




- Performance Review meeting - To attend performance review meeting at branch every month to discuss about performance, problems & corrective action.
- Frequency of Dealer visit – To visit Dealers in the given territory as per the norms of visit Local Dealer minimum once a week, outstation Dealer minimum once a month.
- Reports – To submit Daily Sales Report, Monthly Sales & Collection Reports and all other needed reports required for MIS Report preparation.
- All records should be maintained properly.
- Ready to do any kind of office work due to absence of somebody or emergency.
- Job responsibilities may be changed or added or deleted to the above based on the circumstances prevailing at the time.

Industry : Consumer Durable, Electricals, Kitchen Appliances, Electricals equipment.
