About Grafton

Grafton Electrical Industries is a lighting company established in 1975, offering a wide range of LED lighting solutions for residential, commercial, industrial and pharmaceutical projects.

We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive with strong knowledge of the Chandigarh Tricity market and the electrical industry.

The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, visiting dealers, builders, contractors, architects and electrical shops, generating leads and building long-term customer relationships across Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit dealers, builders, contractors, architects and electrical shops across the Tricity.
- Generate recent leads and develop business opportunities.
- Promote Grafton's LED lighting products and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and regularly follow up on inquiries.




- Identify new dealers and potential projects in the assigned territory.
- Monitor competitor activities and report market feedback.
- Maintain daily visit records and submit regular sales reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in area sales in the electrical industry is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of the Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula markets is essential.
- Experience in LED lighting, electrical products or related sales is required.
- Good relationships with local dealers, builders and contractors will be an advantage.
- Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
- Good communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently, travel throughout the Tricity and achieve sales targets.
- Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience.
