: Area Sales Executive (Car Detailing Industry)

- Experience Required: Minimum 5+ Years in the Car Care / Car Detailing industry (Mandatory)

Role & responsibilities

- Market Expansion: Identify and onboard new car detailing studios, workshops, washing centers, and retail counters to expand product distribution.

- B2B Client Management: Maintain and build solid relationships with existing B2B clients, detailers, and distributors to ensure continuous product movement.

- Product Demonstrations: Conduct on-site product demonstrations (e.g., car shampoo, ceramic coatings, polishes, compounds, tyre shiners) to showcase quality and performance to prospective business clients.

- Sales Targets: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume and revenue targets for the assigned Delhi territory.

- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and new product launches to feedback into the sales strategy.

- Payment Recovery: Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit periods from distributors and retail accounts.





- Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly sales visit reports, pipeline trackers, and market analysis forecasts for upper management.

Preferred candidate profile

- Industry Domain Knowledge: Must have a solid technical understanding of products like Car Shampoos, Dashboard Polishes, Ceramic/Graphene Coatings, Rubbing Compounds, Wax, and Interior Cleaners.

- Proven Track Record: A minimum of 5 years of active field sales experience specifically dealing in car detailing or automotive aftermarket products.

- Local Network: Strong existing relationships with B2B detailers, car care studios, and distributors across Delhi NCR.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills in Hindi and English.

- Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and a personal vehicle (two-wheeler/four-wheeler) for daily field visits.

- Traits: Self-motivated, aggressive closer, and comfortable with a 100% field-based role.
