- Develop and implement community development programs to promote livelihood opportunities for underprivileged groups.
- Coordinate with corporate partners to design and execute CSR initiatives that align with organizational goals.
- Manage a team of professionals responsible for mobilization, placement, skill development, and program coordination activities.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on outcomes to stakeholders.
Job Requirements :
- 2-10 years of experience in area head or similar role in NGO/social services organization.
- Strong understanding of community development principles, corporate social responsibility practices, and skill development methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage teams effectively, build robust relationships with stakeholders, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
