Key Responsibilities:

- Preparing 2D drawings & plans (floor plans, sections, elevations)
- Creating working drawings with dimensions and specifications
- Drafting structural details (foundation, slab, column layouts)
- Coordinating drawings with structural, electrical, and plumbing teams
- Making revisions based on architect/client feedback
- Ensuring drawings follow building codes and standards
- Strong understanding of construction drawings
- Knowledge of materials & building systems
- Valuable attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret architectural designs
- Basic site knowledge

Technical Knowledge: ✓ Oversee and review technical drawings, floor plans, Elevation etc,

✓ Use design software like AutoCAD, Photoshop (Photoshop Render plan), Canva, MS Office, Sketchup

✓ Ensure accuracy in construction documents and specifications

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
