This is a full-time role for an Architectural Drafter located in Kozhikode.

The Architectural

Drafter will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed architectural and construction drawings based on project specifications and guidelines. They will collaborate with architects, designers, and other team members to ensure designs meet client requirements. Additionally, they will assist in developing plans and layouts for projects, ensuring consistency and compliance with applicable codes and standards.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings
- Knowledge of Architecture and Planning principles
- Ability to create detailed and accurate Drawing documentation
- Competence with architectural drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools)
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field
- Previous experience in architectural drafting or a related role is a plus
