To expand inventory funding business by driving customer acquisition, portfolio growth, channel development, and relationship management within the assigned geography.

Responsibilities

- Drive business sourcing and portfolio growth for Inventory Funding through effective management of sourcing channels and business partners.

- Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients, channel partners, and strategic stakeholders.
- Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of the sales and business development team to achieve assigned targets.
- Ensure accurate pay-out reconciliation and effective monitoring of business-related payouts.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for seamless execution of sourcing, credit, operations, and servicing requirements.
- Analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and key financial ratios to assess customer creditworthiness and business potential.




- Advise customers on financial structuring and balance sheet improvement to support business growth and funding requirements.
- Monitor portfolio health and proactively manage delinquent, high-risk, and early warning accounts.
- Drive cross-selling of banking products and services to enhance customer profitability and relationship value.
- Ensure adherence to mortgage, security creation, recovery, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements, including knowledge of Surface Act and mortgage processes.
- Maintain strong understanding of SME lending products, credit assessment, portfolio management, and risk management practices.
