DESIGNATION: Architectural Documentation & Visual Designer

LOCATION: Jaipur

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an Architectural Documentation & Visual Designer with a strong understanding of architecture, visual and design presentation. The role involves working closely with project teams to document, curate, edit, and visually communicate architectural projects across websites, social media, presentations, and studio communications.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with architectural drawings and 3D models, while also having a solid visual sense and an interest in graphic design, storytelling, and content curation.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Architectural Project Documentation

- Organize and format project drawings, images, renders, photographs, and descriptions according to the studio’s requirements.
- Work with AutoCAD to organize layers, line weights, annotations, graphic hierarchy, and drawing composition.
- Develop plans, sections, elevations, axonometric views,3D model, diagrams, and other architectural graphics as required.

2.Visual Communication & Storytelling

- Develop visual narratives, architectural collages, mood boards, diagrams, and presentation compositions.
- Explore appropriate visual approaches to communicate the concept, process, experience, and character of each project.

3. Social Media Content

- Prepare posts, stories, WIP documentation, project highlights, and other visual content.
- Select and edit suitable drawings, renders, photographs, details, and graphics for social media.




- Adapt architectural documentation into engaging digital formats while maintaining consistency in presentation.

4. Graphic & Studio Communication

- Design graphic creatives for events, festivals, hiring, announcements, and internal studio communication.
- Assist in developing presentation templates, graphic systems, and other studio communication material.
- Support the development of consistent visual formats for recurring studio requirements.

5.Coordination & Workflow

- Coordinate with architects, designers, project teams, and management to understand requirements and deliverables.
- Follow up with teams for drawings, renders, photographs, project information, and revisions.
- Maintain organized project folders and follow established documentation workflows.
- Manage assigned tasks independently while coordinating with the wider team to meet deadlines.

SOFTWARE SKILLS

1. Mandatory

- AutoCAD, Sketch Up,
- Adobe InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator

2. Preferred / Additional

- Revit

- Strong visual sensitivity and attention to detail
- Strong sense of composition, hierarchy, typography, and graphic design.
