Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Delhi, India. The Architect will develop architectural concepts, detailed drawings, and design documentation for projects of varying scales, ensuring alignment with client requirements, building codes, and sustainability standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with engineering, interior design, and project management teams, participating in design reviews, and managing integration of technical solutions into architectural plans. The role involves preparing presentations and reports, supporting tender and construction documentation, and conducting site visits to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues.



The Architect will collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders, contribute to research-based design processes, and uphold Urbane’s commitment to quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with proven ability to develop concepts, space plans, and detailed drawings.
- Experience with Integration and collaboration across disciplines (engineering, interiors, and project management) to deliver cohesive solutions.
- Competence in Project Management, including coordination of timelines, resources, and deliverables across project phases.
- Familiarity with Software Development concepts and their application to design tools, BIM, or integrated digital workflows is an advantage.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite) and strong visualization skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional registration or licensure is a plus.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices in India.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in office and engage with clients and contractors.
- Prior experience in an architecture or multidisciplinary design firm, preferably with exposure to end-to-end project delivery.
