Role Description The Servicenow Architect is a full-time remote role responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions aligned with client business requirements. Day-to-day tasks include leading the technical architecture of ServiceNow modules, configuring and customizing applications, and ensuring integration with other enterprise systems. The architect collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into scalable designs, and create technical documentation and standards.

The role involves guiding development teams, reviewing configurations and code for quality and compliance, and ensuring performance, security, and best practices across the ServiceNow environment.

Qualifications

- Strong experience with ServiceNow architecture, including design of modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and CMDB.
- Hands-on skills in ServiceNow configuration and customization, including workflows, business rules, UI policies, script includes, and integrations.
- Knowledge of automation and AI-driven solutions, with the ability to apply these concepts to enterprise workflows and ServiceNow implementations.
- Proficiency in relevant technical foundations such as JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, data modeling, and integration patterns.
- Ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical designs.
- Experience creating technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and design standards for enterprise platforms.
- Robust communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional, remote teams.
- ServiceNow certifications (such as Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, or Certified Technical Architect) are highly beneficial.
- Background in enterprise IT, IT service management, or digital transformation projects is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
