ARCHITECTURAL BIM MODELLER – FRESHERS

? Qualification: B.Arch

? Experience: Freshers / 0–1 Year

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for B.Arch freshers who are interested in building a career in Architectural BIM Modelling. The candidate should have a strong architectural foundation and a willingness to learn and work with Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•⁠ ⁠Develop and maintain Architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections and detailed drawings.

•⁠ ⁠Create accurate BIM models as per project requirements and BIM standards.

•⁠ ⁠Assist in coordinating Architectural models with Structural & MEP disciplines.

•⁠ ⁠Assist with model coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.

•⁠ ⁠Review models and drawings for accuracy and completeness.

•⁠ ⁠Incorporate revisions based on project requirements and coordination comments.

•⁠ ⁠Follow project-specific BIM standards,



workflows and LOD requirements.

•⁠ ⁠Work with project teams to ensure timely delivery of BIM models and drawings.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Must Have

•⁠ ⁠B.Arch degree – Mandatory

•⁠ ⁠Fresh graduates / candidates with 0–1 year experience

•⁠ ⁠Basic understanding of Architectural drawings and detailing

•⁠ ⁠Basic knowledge of Revit Architecture

•⁠ ⁠Understanding of basic BIM concepts and workflows

•⁠ ⁠Willingness to learn Navisworks and BIM coordination

•⁠ ⁠Good communication and teamwork skills

•⁠ ⁠Robust interest in developing a career in Architectural BIM
