The ideal candidate should have solid design skills, knowledge of architectural drawings and construction, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts and detailed design proposals.

- Prepare 2D drawings, working drawings, floor plans, elevations, and sections.

- Develop 3D models and presentations using relevant design software.

- Coordinate architectural designs with structural, electrical, plumbing, and interior requirements.

- Prepare detailed drawings and documentation for execution.

- Conduct site visits and monitor work according to approved drawings and design specifications.

- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and site supervisors.

- Review materials, finishes, dimensions, and construction details.

- Identify site-related design issues and provide practical solutions.





- Ensure projects are completed according to design intent, quality standards, and timelines.

- Assist with material selection, BOQs, and project documentation when required.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).

- Min 2+ years of relevant experience.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D visualization/rendering software.

- Good understanding of residential and commercial design.

- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
