Roles and Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural drawings, including working drawings, design development drawings, and detail drawings.

- Develop presentation materials such as sketches, renderings, and models using software like SketchUp and AutoCAD.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences through effective communication skills.

- Ensure timely completion of projects by coordinating with site teams and stakeholders.

- Maintain a high level of quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-5 years of experience in architecture or related field (freshers welcome).

- Diploma or B.Arch degree from an accredited institution.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office; solid understanding of building codes and regulations.

- Excellent presentation skills; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
