Role Description The Architect will work on-site in Jodhpur in a full-time capacity, contributing to the design and delivery of architectural projects from concept through construction. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings and 3D models, creating detailed plans and sections, and coordinating design information across disciplines. The role involves collaborating with clients to understand requirements, participating in design reviews, and ensuring that solutions align with project budgets, timelines, and regulatory standards.

The Architect will support project management activities,



such as tracking progress, preparing documentation, and coordinating with consultants, contractors, and vendors. The position also requires staying current with design tools, building codes, and best practices to ensure high-quality, protected, and sustainable outcomes.

Qualifications

1. Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and technical detailing.

- Demonstrated Project Management skills, including scheduling, coordination with stakeholders, documentation, and risk awareness.
- Proficiency in tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar), and ability to produce clear drawings and presentations.
- Knowledge of local building codes, standards, and approval processes relevant to projects in Jodhpur and the broader region.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and engage professionally with clients and contractors.
